Short version: we collect only what we need to run the shop, deliver your stuff, and keep in touch — we don’t sell it, and we don’t track more than we have to.
If you sign up for the newsletter, we get your email. If you buy something, we get your name, shipping address, and enough payment info to charge your card — that last bit is collected by Stripe at checkout and never stored on our servers.
We also see when you visit — the page you came from, what you looked at, what device you’re on. That comes through cookies and one anonymous visitor ID we set in your browser. It’s used to count visits, not to follow you around the internet.
A few trusted partners handle the parts we can’t:
That’s the full list. No marketing partners, no retargeting networks, no data brokers.
We set one cookie-style thing: an anonymous visitor ID stored in your browser’s localStorage by the script at the bottom of every page. It’s used to count how many unique people visited, not to identify you personally. Clear your browser’s storage and it’s gone — we don’t have a backup copy.
We don’t sell your info. We don’t share it with advertisers. We don’t build profiles on you. If that ever changes, you’ll see it here first.
Newsletter emails stay until you unsubscribe. Order records stay as long as the law (and our accountants) require — usually a few years — then they’re purged.
Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link at the bottom of any email. Ask us what we have on you, fix it, or delete it — just hit dont-slip-clothing-co@polsia.app and we’ll handle it.
